Kappija21 Explores Unique Experience Aboard the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train

(Indonesia Version) BANDUNG, Saturday, September 30 - Several Central Committee Members of Kappija-21 (Japan Alumni Program JICA) embarked on an exhilarating journey aboard the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train (KCJB). KCJB, also known as "WHOOSH," stands as the inaugural high-speed rail service in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Members of Kappija21 departed from Halim Station in Jakarta, bound for Tegalluar Station in Bandung Regency, covering the distance in a mere 26 minutes. This travel experience not only allowed them to relish the comfort of a journey at operational speeds of up to 350 km/h but also provided insights into the latest transportation innovations in Indonesia.

The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train has emerged as a monumental project aimed at enhancing connectivity between two major cities, Jakarta and Bandung.
